PHOTO BOOTH TERMS

First Class Photos provides a photo session and printed keepsake at participating events. Follow staff directions and use the booth safely. Only start a session with people who agree to be photographed. A parent or guardian should oversee a child's participation; do not enter a child's contact details for marketing.

You permit Aviate Agency to capture, process, store and print your session photographs to provide the booth service. This permission does not authorize public posting, advertising use, sale of your photographs, or enrollment in another business's rewards program. The Privacy Notice explains handling of session records.

Print appearance can vary with lighting, focus, paper and equipment. If a print or capture fails, ask staff for help. Staff may pause the booth for maintenance or safety. Do not assume that a failed screen means a print was not queued; staff should check before reprinting.

If you separately choose marketing, Aviate Agency is the sender. Text frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts and HELP for assistance. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or email derek@aviate.agency for help. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Marketing participation is optional and is not a condition of the photo session or print.
