Who operates this booth

First Class Photos is operated by Aviate Agency. Questions or requests about booth information can be sent to derek@aviate.agency.

Information we collect

We collect the name, mobile number and email address you enter, your photographs and finished photo strips, the event and session identifiers, and your signup choices. For marketing choices, we record the wording shown, notice version, date/time and booth identifier. We do not use this booth to identify people through facial recognition.

How we use it

We use this information to run your photo session, prepare and print your strips, maintain event records, resolve printing or technical issues, and respond to your requests. If you select the marketing checkbox, Aviate Agency may use the contact details you supplied for its own offers and event updates by the selected channels. Taking a photo does not give permission to post it publicly or use it in advertising. Public use of a person's photo requires separate permission.

Storage and sharing

The booth saves session records and photographs locally on its Windows computer. Authorized staff can access records and export event lists. If Aviate later imports opted-in contacts into a messaging or email provider, that provider will process the relevant contact and consent records for Aviate. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in information or messaging consent with unrelated third parties for their marketing. Service providers may process it only to provide services for Aviate, subject to appropriate restrictions. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

Retention

We retain booth photographs and print files for up to 90 days after the event, and ordinary event contact records for up to 12 months after the last event or interaction, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer period is needed for a legal obligation or dispute. We may keep limited consent, unsubscribe and suppression records for up to four years after marketing ends to document permissions and prevent further unwanted messages. These are our business retention periods; they are not a statement that the law requires those exact periods.

Your choices

You may decline marketing, unsubscribe from emails, reply STOP to marketing texts, or contact derek@aviate.agency to request access, correction or deletion of booth information. We may need enough information to locate the record and verify the request. We may retain limited information where needed to comply with law or preserve an unsubscribe request. Opting out does not undo a print that has already been produced.

Security

Staff access and exports are restricted. No system can guarantee absolute security. We limit staff access and apply the same retention policy to the booth, exported lists and backups under our control.
