Why Aviate
Two people since 2015. A crew today.
Aviate started with two people, Derek and Dom, who’ve been working together since 2015. It grew from the two of them into the crew you see below.
We liked the name Aviate because it’s what we do: get restaurants off the ground and keep them climbing, from opening day on.
